Il problema fondamentale è che al momento della prenotazione non è indicato chiaramente che la camera si trova nella dependance che non ha ascensore! Dopo aver prenotato una camera non rimborsabile, inviano una mail in cui specificano la realtà della camera prenotata! Si sono offerti di aiutare a salire i bagagli, il problema è che io ho problemi a salire e scendere le scale, sono rimasto pertanto chiuso in camera senza poter nemmeno cenare. Scorrettezza di fondo

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Personal, Zimmer und Frühstück alles bestens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Stellplatz, Ladestation fürs Fahrrad etc. ist alles vorhanden. Biergarten ist auch super. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal dort und haben die typisch bayrische Küche genossen. Das griechische Restaurant ist aber auch gut.

Seit 5 Jahren bin ich geschäftlich im Frühjahr und im Herbst insgesamt 16 Tage in diesem Hotel. Ich Reserviere immer einen überdachten Parkplatz, der für die gesamte Dauer mit Namensschild reserviert ist. Dieses Jahr wurde mir bewusst das diese Reservierung keinen Wert hat. Als ich Abends von meinem Geschäftstermin ins Hotel kam hatte ein Gast sein Schild mit meinem ausgetauscht, ich bekam dann einen sehr kleinen Parkplatz der für ihn reserviert war und er meinen besseren Parkplatz und konnte dann ohne Probleme dort einfach stehen bleiben. Das soll wohl laut Auskunft des Hotels öfters vorkommen. Das betrifft jetzt nur Gäste die sich auf Ihre Reservierung verlassen wollen. Hier müßte aus meiner Sicht das Hotel Vorsorge treffen, es wird aber wohl stillschweigend geduldet.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb es nicht möglich ist bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Sind die allerdings geschlossen ist es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber und die Betten gut. Ich hatte ein Maisonette Zimmer, etwas ungewöhnlich dass man eine Treppe ins Bad hoch laufen musste, in der Nacht anspruchsvoll. Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Die Gasträume sind typisch bayerisch so wie man es erwarten würde. Vollkommen grauenhaft und traurig ist der Umstand dass sich nach dem Frühstück alles ändert. Dann wird die Gaststätte als griechisches Speiselokal betrieben. Wer auf solch eine Idee kommen kann gehört geprügelt. Das ganze Haus ist vom Stil her bayerische Gaststätte mit Biergarten usw. Da ein griechisches Lokal zu installieren ist mehr als ein faux pass.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit super schönen Zimmer. Leider zur Straße hin etwas Laut bei geöffneten Fenster. Dennoch auszuhalten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr Nett. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ich dürfte ein Wochenende in Kempten verbringen und habe im Bayerischen Hof übernachtet. Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Schöne, gemütliche, naturnahe und kompakte Einrichtung mit viel Holz. Super freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Alstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle das Hotel sowohl für kurze als auch für längere Aufenthalte.
